Although being UK based, I currently I ship worldwide!

Processing Time takes 1-4 days before being shipped. Once posted here is an estimate of shipping time:

UK~ 3-21 days

Europe~ 5- 35 days

Elsewhere~ 5- 42 days

Please aware that due to COVID some parcels may have a slight delay.

XMAS shipping-

please do NOT buy my products if you're desperate to get them by a certain time!! I recommend buying Christmas items in November if you are in desperate need for Xmas! This assures that if anything happens the item still has a chance to be resent etc. Although I can ship fast, postage services are extremely busy at this time! So please be patient!

 

Most parcels within the uk under £20 are sent second class, not tracked. Please contact me if you would like otherwise.

Most parcels that are international under £20 are sent first class, not tracked. Please contact me if you would like otherwise.

If you miss your delivery/ do not collect from customs/ wrong address etc. The package will be sent back to me! If this happens please check your emails for further information.

 

 

what to do if your parcel is missing:

step 1: check tracking

step 2: check your local customs/post office/neighbours etc

Step 3: if no results from step 2 please contact me with your address and order number!

step 4: I will take it from there depending on the email! I will most likely contact the delivery service myself! From there a refund may be given a solution or a case may be opened with the postage service! However this all depends on your situation.

 

if you've given the wrong address:

Orders are more than likely packages almost immediately after purchase! So please email me IMMEDIATELY after purchase. However I will copy the address given exactly. If the item gets sent off to the wrong address that is out of my hands, however I will try to contact the delivery service to see if there's anything I can do!

 

If your item has been returned:

if your item has been returned due to the item not being claimed/collected/ refused delivery/wrong address etc on the customers end, a full refund will NOT be given! This is due to the fact that the issue is not on my end or the posts fault!
